“From start to finish of our honeymoon holiday Heidi was nothing but utterly incredible in dealing with our every needs. Efficient, extremely thorough and incredibly friendly. “Our holiday included a hotel stay in Singapore, then a cruise on the Celebrity Solstice to Thailand, and Vietnam finishing in Hong Kong. Heidi arranged everything for us and got us a fabulous deal which included many things we didnt know about being first time cruise goers. Unfortunately our flights out were cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, and Heidi was available to help advise and check us onto the next flights out, helping smooth over a stressful start. She was always available to text, no matter the time of day/evening and always answered us within 5 minutes if we had any concerns or worries. She went over and above for us and we would definitely recommend booking your holiday through Heidi.”

“I have now booked 4 holidays with Heidi. I have a few reasons for this, she is easy to deal with and I completely trust her; I find the prices competitive and I know I'm not being ripped off; there is no pressure and she's always there if I need her. Last but not least, we had an issue this year when our first flight was delayed and we missed our connection in Doha, Heidi was there to help us and it was so reassuring to have her at the end of our WhatsApp's. I highly recommend Heidi”
